We may receive contact details, professional or organizational information, event-related details, and responses submitted through the assessment. We do not request clinical information, passwords, or payment card details in our forms.

How information is used

• Deliver and explain requested results.
• Respond to inquiries about mentoring, organizational solutions, or speaking engagements.
• Provide follow-up directly related to the submitted request.
• Protect and improve the website’s operation.

Services used

Form information may be stored using Google Firebase services. Assessment bookings and payments are managed directly through Calendly and its payment providers under those platforms’ policies.

Protection and retention

Reasonable controls are applied to limit access to information. Data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to the request, provide the corresponding services, and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. You may also withdraw authorization for future follow-up.
